Memberships are a monthly commitment and will be automatically billed (auto-withdrawn using card on file) on the first of each calendar month. Membership payment will be credited to your account for use on any product or service offered at Eternal Wellness. Memberships will auto renew unless cancelled. After the initial 3 month commitment period, memberships may be canceled at any time with a 30-day written notice. Memberships are non-transferrable and cannot be shared with others.
No refunds will be offered for unused benefits. All membership dollars expire 365 days after membership cancellation. No substitutions unless arranged with written consent. Cannot combine discounts with special promotional offers other than Allé or Aspire Rewards.
